Lean Six Sigma Green Belt

The Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB) operates in support or under the supervision of a Six Sigma Black Belt, analyzes and solves quality problems, and is involved in quality improvement projects. A Green Belt has at least three years of work experience and wants to demonstrate his or her knowledge of Six Sigma tools and processes. Six Sigma Green Belts are typically employees who spend some of their time on process improvement teams.

The objective of the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt training is to give exposure to the participants on global best practices in Lean and Six Sigma.  The training will have enough depth for participants to help them adapt to global practices on usage of advanced tools and techniques.

The ASQ Lean Six Sigma Training teaches the principles of Six Sigma for process improvement/variation reduction. Aside from the methodology of Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control (DMAIC), the course would cover the fundamentals of Statistics, Qualitative, Quantitative, Graphical and Statistical tools for process improvement and variation reduction. Participants will also be exposed to lots of application-based exercises, using Minitab, during the program.
