  • The current popularity of Six Sigma and Lean, given that these approaches are still the mainstay of most quality improvement education, is where the discussion will start.
  • And will then explore as to which directions will likely be taken by those who are passionate about bringing improvement and change in this world.

Anshuman Tiwari

Global Head, Delivery Excellence, DXC Technology

Anshuman is a process transformation professional with experience across multiple industries including banking, professional services, information technology, manufacturing, and consulting. He specializes in setting up and scaling world class operations excellence programs. Anshuman is driven by impact and loves to lead people to deliver amazing results, usually 10x or more. In the last few years he has also managed large RPA and Digital initiatives. He is a fellow of the ASQ.

Sachin Goel is leading Process Excellence, Field Quality and TQBM Function in Ashok Leyland Ltd. He is a Graduate Engineer (Mechanical Engg.) from Delhi college of Engineering Delhi and MBA from MDI, Gurgaon. He has done his Six sigma Black Belt and CMQ-OE Certification from ASQ (American Society for Quality) ,MBB (Master Black belt) Certification from Indian Statistical Institute and Master in Supply Chain from MIT,USA .

He has 24 years of rich work experience in Manufacturing, Mfg. services , Process Engineering ,Process Design, Supply Chain Optimization, Process Excellence and Change Management across industries .  He has worked with Automobile, Auto Components, Chemicals, Healthcare, Retail and BPO sectors with companies such as Samtel, Visteon, Dell, Jubilant life Science and is currently working with Ashok Leyland.
