  2. Renewal:Current members may please renew their membership by filling the application form and making the annual payment under appropriate membership option. If you are currently a Senior Member or Fellow of ASQ, please renew under the ‘Full Membership’ option, and your membership status will be retained.
  3. Upgrade:If you wish to upgrade to Senior or Fellow member, and fulfil the criteria, please fill the ‘Senior Member Application Form’ or ‘Fellow Member Application Form’ and send that separately to ASQ Office in New Delhi.
  4. Non-Refundable:Individual Membership fees apply to an annual membership and are non-refundable.
