Lean Six Sigma Green Belt & Black Belt Training

The Lean Six Sigma methodology is a systematic application that can be applied in all environments - production-based, service-based, educational, healthcare and any other.  

Format

The course is conducted for five days (one week) every fortnight spread across one month/ two months in classroom-based environment.

There is a gap of two weeks between sessions where the participants return to their work environment to apply the knowledge and skills learned in class in their work. The course duration for Green Belt is 8 days and for the Black Belt is 15 days. The instruction is a blend of lecture, application, and individual and team-based exercises. This course will also use Minitab statistical software.

Lean Six Sigma training will bring both Green and Black belt participants together for 2 weeks ensuring consistent Green Belt level knowledge in the principles and practices of Lean and Six Sigma.

Black Belt participants will return for week 3  for a deeper dive into the Lean and Six Sigma methodologies and bring the participant to the level of Black Belt to lead project teams to achieve breakthrough business improvements for their organizations.
