About the Authors
Dr. Rajesh Kumar Jain, a senior Associate Professor at Institute of Management, Nirma University is a Ph.D. from Indian Institute of Information Technology and Management; Graduate in Mechanical Engineering from MITS; Post Graduate in Business Administration from K.J. Somaiya Institute of Management Studies & Research, Mumbai.
He is Vice-Chair for American Society for Quality (ASQ) Local Member Community, Ahmedabad.
Dr. Himanshu Mahendra Trivedi, has studied B.E. (Production Engg) from SS Engineering College Bhavnagar and done his M.E. (Mechanical Engg.) as well as Ph.D. from BITS-Pilani. He possesses about 20 years of experience in Quality and Operations Management at National and International level.
He is Fellow of ASQ and Chairman of Ahmedabad LMC (Local Member Community).
